Convenience shouldn't come with side effects.

Supporting a business like ours helps change the industry. It shows people care about their health and what their consuming. Not just by what's listed on the label but by what their food was exposed to.

Sticker shock? If you have looked at our products and thought our prices are high I want to set you at ease

They say you get what you pay for, and that should not be SIDE EFFECTS!

Do you know how much heavy metal, PFAS(aka Forever Chemicals), and microplastic you CONSUME from convenience foods. Yes....even from local small bakers, unless they invested in clean practices and equipment.

Here at Juern Acres I feed you like my own family. I care about what you are consuming. With high-quality ingredients, many being organic, fair trade, locally sourced, and free from carcinogens. Also using water that is filtered through a large reverse osmosis system. Why bother with quality ingredients just to cook them in aluminum pans, place them on non-stick surfaces coated with PFAS and cover them with microplastics. I do my very best to limit any exposure by cooking with 304 stainless steel, clean cast iron pans, high-quality food-grade silicone, and glass mixing bowls. Sadly, this investment is steep compared to cheap commercial plastic bins, bowls, aluminum pans, and so on. But so are the health implications of repeated exposure.

Although I can not avoid all exposure I do my very best! Our packaging is the cleanest option I can find being uncoated but some plastic is necessary to see inside boxes on the shelves. I will be switching to 100% plastic-free uncoated packaging for pre-orders soon!

Our products can not be compared to those being baked on/in low-quality equipment. This can mean some products have a higher price point than other local options.

By supporting change we create a better future. Becoming a mom and researching baby products I quickly realized how significant our exposure to toxic substances was. I have taken the time to research and invest in high-quality options to replace our kitchen items over the years. I am now providing baked goods to not only my family but also my local community we can all feel good about.

It's easier to sell at lower price points, and skip steps in production by baking in aluminum to-go containers and using non-stick pans, but I hope you value our efforts to a cleaner end product.
